Had treatment at the ortho and physical department. The doctors, physiotherapists and nurses took very good care of me. I'm very impressed.

Been there a couple of times. 5 stars for service quality from making an appointment until prescription. The process of payment can somehow be faster and more accurate. Few more to add: - Vicinity is more populated with hip eateries and local street food. - Can commute by subway and private (free parking). - Stunning view from the building. Neat and clean too. -. Dr. Rasana is kind and proactive for my dental consultation.

I am very impressed with the service at this hospital. The doctors, nurses, staff, and security guards are all happy to provide services and recommend everything well.... Each doctor is very skilled and talented. I recommend them.

Great experience. Clean, efficient. All the staff speaks English. Free parking, water. Very attentive workers. Was able to see a doctor without any wait. Got prescribed medications, paid and left in about 1 hour. I lived in Canada for a long time, usually I would spend 7-9 hours in similar situation there. The bill came at just over 100 USD.

The hospital is brand new and clean, but it is still developing. The doctors are okay in terms of skills, but the staff is inexperienced and new. I went there for a dermatologist appointment and had Ultherapy done with Dr. Wich, who was good, but the nurse was very inexperienced and couldn’t communicate well in English. I wasn’t provided a blanket while waiting for my numbing cream to work. The treatment room was freezing, and the nurse didn’t realize she should provide a blanket until the doctor reminded her. The pharmacist also seemed inexperienced, as she initially provided medicine without confirming the date of birth and name until one of the staff reminded her. I would be careful about undergoing any major procedures there.

I went for a health check at Med Park Hospital. It was OK. The staff and nurses spoke well. There weren't many people, so it was quiet and the atmosphere was good like a hotel. There is no smell of medicine like when going to other hospitals. Overall, I like it. Will use the service again.
